Is Courselord free?
Yes! Courselord offers a free plan with access to all learning paths, interactive lessons, basic quizzes, and limited AI tutoring (5 questions per day). No credit card required to get started.
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started Free" on our homepage or navigate to the Register page. You can sign up with your email address or use Google/social login. The process takes less than a minute.
What age groups is Courselord for?
Courselord covers learners from nursery school through university and professional development. We have learning paths for Nursery, Primary, University, and Professional — plus our Programming Academy for all ages.
What subjects are available?
We offer subjects across Mathematics, English, Sciences, Social Studies, and more for school levels. Our Programming Academy covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, React, Node.js, PHP, C++, and other languages and frameworks.
How do lessons work?
Lessons are interactive — each one includes reading material, practice exercises, and embedded quizzes. You can track your progress, take notes, and bookmark lessons. Programming lessons include a live code playground.
Do I get certificates?
Premium learners who complete courses receive verified digital certificates. These can be downloaded as PDFs or shared directly on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
How does the AI tutor work?
Our AI tutor uses advanced language models to answer your questions, explain concepts, and help with homework in a conversational way. It's available 24/7 and adapts to your learning level.
Is the AI tutor always available?
Yes! The AI tutor runs 24/7. Free users get 5 questions per day; Premium users get unlimited questions. The AI can help with any subject — from math to programming to essay writing.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and USSD through our payment partners Paystack and Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period — no questions asked.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for annual subscriptions that haven't been fully used. Contact us at info@courselord.com and we'll process your request promptly.
Can my school use Courselord?
Absolutely! Our school plan provides class management, assignments, attendance tracking, exam management, and teacher dashboards. Schools can enroll students and manage everything from a single portal.
What is Courselord Academy?
Courselord Academy is our physical school in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. It offers nursery and primary education with structured, learner-first curricula and technology-integrated teaching.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings > Account and click "Delete Account." This action is permanent and will remove all your data, progress, and certificates. You can also contact us for assistance.
